Tinkerer | Tech Enthusiast | Researcher

Hello! I'm Samyak, a Junior at IIT Delhi pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I love to tinker and code for fun.

If you are an organization looking for some specialized help related to managing and building native agentic or foundational AI systems, collaboration, feel free to reach out and drop a mail!

My primary interests lie in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, System Modelling, and Stochastic Processes.

I am currently working as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Computer Vision Lab, where I'm working on Breast Cancer Detection. I am also working in the Computational Chemistry Lab developing a model to generate novel ligands that bind to protein sequences.

I have also worked at the Additive Manufacturing Lab, in collaboration with Sony India under Sensing Solution University Collaboration Program (SSUP), where I developed algorithms for slicing 3D objects in higher dimensions and creating rule-based fault detection systems.
[Update] We have been published in IMECE-2025!!

Beyond research, I've explored algorithmic robotics, designing systems to detect motor failures and maintain drone stability during critical operations. These experiences have shaped my problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Here is a fun command for you I made in my free time: samsays.
And if you ever need to recover lost files from a physical drive, check out this tool I built: filerec

If you would like to understand the basics of AI and transformers, do visit my blogs AI for Conversation and Transformer Animation. Please feel free to mail me if you find any issues or just want to let me know how they look!

In my free time, I enjoy solving puzzles. If you're a puzzle enthusiast like me, check out this amazing blog by Terrence Tao.
